Hosted by Chef de Cuisine Richard Brown, General Manager Rafael Frederick, and the entire Bull & Bear family, our next fully immersive wine tasting experience will feature wine from Nickel & Nickel, a famed Napa Valley winery dedicated exclusively to producing 100 percent varietal, single-vineyard wines.
Embark on a culinary journey as wine expert Kathleen Oliver of Nickel & Nickely guides you through a five-course wine and food pairing, featuring pan-seared diver scallops, veal sweetbread ravioli, and 48-hour boneless short rib.
